1. Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via hello@encorebeauty.com.au.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
  • Unopened Products: Products in their original, unopened, and unused condition can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@encorebeauty.com.au with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number (RA#). Do not send the product back without an RA#.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Processing Your Refund

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanging Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@encorebeauty.com.au.
