Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure.

If your order is incorrect or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Manager on 1300 770 428 (open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)(excluding public holidays ) in the first instance or by email to info@encorebeauty.com.au. Returns can only be made once authorised by our Customer Service Department.  Sorry but we do not accept returns as a result of change of mind.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

The seller reserves the right to replace any item ordered with a product of similar but no lesser quality if, in the seller’s discretion, the order cannot otherwise be completed.

We are located at 109 Victoria Rd in Gladesville, Sydney.  You can travel to our office by Ferry, Bus or Train and there is ample free street parking in our neighbouring streets (Sunnyside St and Prince Edward St)

If you would like to try any of our products before purchasing, we would love to welcome you to visit our store during business hours Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and on weekends by appointment.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post in Australia and by DHL in New Zealand.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders $60 and over.  All other orders will incur a $12 flat rate delivery fee anywhere in Australia.

All NEW ZEALAND orders will incur a flat rate delivery fee of $20.
